CANCELLATION POLICY
A valid working card on file is required to book, 50% deposit taken at time of booking. 7 day+ notice → no fee Less than 7 days → 50% deposit charge will be applied Same-day cancellation/no-show → 100% charge Additional deposits and terms may be required for select services. By booking, you agree to these terms. Appointments must be confirmed via text or email reminder. Unconfirmed appointments may be released to waitlisted clients.
